This Privacy Policy explains how Zed Software Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play ShadowCube (the "Game"). We designed this policy to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive, and it applies to players worldwide.

The Game is not directed at children under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age without verified parental consent, and we do not serve personalized ads to users we know to be children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We retain gameplay and account data for as long as your account is active, and purchase records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained per each provider's own retention policy. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
